CAMPFIRE STORY
"George, pass me another marshmallow" Yelled Fred overtop of the blaring fire and the howling wind. The marshmallow whisled past his face and into the bush behind him so Fred jumped up to retrive the pink squishy marshmallow. "Did you see that?" Whispered Fred "In the bush, I thought I saw somthing with big eyes, there were two of them!"
"Fred, I think your seeing things, you might need your eyed checked. Just sit back down and have another marshmallow".

So Fred sat back down and reached inside the multicoloured bag and grabbed a squishy marshmallow and started roasting it. As soon a Fred raised the marshmallow to his mouth "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" George shrieked and stuttered "Fr...Fr...Fred,BEHIND YOU!" he ran off screaming"Monster MONSTER!" Fred looked behind him and saw two bright blue gleaming eyes staring back at him. Fred shivered as a gush of wind blew threw the green forest trees put out the fire.He wished George was here, he had a black belt in karate.

Bad thoughts rushed through his mind like "Are they dangerous ""What are these creatures" and"What are they doing here" . Fred had no weapon or anything to sheild him so he threw a marshmallow, he knew what Fred would of said:" Pathetic" The creatures stepped out of the darkness into the light of the fire "Gruffalos!" Fred had read the book a million times and here infront of him was a gruffalo, a real live gruffalo and a baby gruffalo! Fred threw another marshmallow, double pathetic.  The big gruffalo Roared and the baby Gruffalo screamed "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh" and ran foward snached the marshmallow bag and ran back.

CRACK!
Fred had also read harry potter a million times. The grufflos has just apparated like witches and wisards do in the magical world.Apparting was just like teleporting and Fred always wished he could do it.

"George,Its ok to come out now, they've gone!" Fred heard the faint sound of someone scrambling down a tree, landing on the forest floor and the noise of George's squeaky shoes coming closer. He was glad he had more matches and marshmallows.

THE END!
