40 Book Challenge-Pony pals Too Many Ponies

This is a book about 3 girls,Lulu, Annna and Pam written by Jeanne Betacourt.The book is called
Too Many Ponies.
Summary:Pam is helping her mother train ponies for her riding school now she has 2 ponies to ride she doesnt have much time to ride her pony Lightning or go on trail rides with her friends one day when Pam, Lulu and Anna go for a ride they find a very fat kitten. A couple of days later Pam's pony won't come out of the stable and Lighting gets really angry. Will they find out why Lighting is angry and what will happen to the kitten? Trick or treat! Or carrot???

On Thursday last week me,my sister and my 3 friends went trick or treating and we also took along Red can you guess who he is???

I made booties for him too!!!

My Goal

My Goal For The Main Stars was to get a clear round in the show jumping and cross country at the top of the south pony club teams event and to also to get 1st 2nd or 3rd.
I achived the goal and our team got 3rd

Magical Footpath Chalk

If I could have the privilege to use magical footpath chalk to make any thing
 that I draw come alive I would draw these four things:

1. A cute miniature pony (even though I have got 6 ponies at my house!) called Spot this is what she would look like :
2. A 80 inch purple T.V 
3. More Magical Footpath Chalk!
4. A never ending supply of pumpkin soup and garlic bread

Horses and Ponies

Horses and ponies are awesome I really love them so I decided to do my post about them

*Height 

There is a difference between them, horses are 14.3 hands or over ( Horses and ponies are measured in hands 1 hand is 10 cm so 14.3 hands are 1.49 cm ) and ponies are 14.2 or under.

*Colour 

They can come in lots of different colours the most common colours are: Brown, Black,Chestnut (like a copper-red colour),bay (a blackish brown colour) and grey actually white but they are called grey.  

*Feed 

The most important feed for horses is Grass and hay. Hard feed is also good if you don't feed them hay at night. Hard feed can be oats,chaff (chaff is a kind of specially chopped up hay),pellets and barley.

* Jumping

Jumping plays a big role in equestrian sports such as Show jumping, Eventing and hunter jumping. Show-jumping and  Eventing feature in the Olympics as well as Dressage.

* Some Facts about horses

*A horse called Old Billy lived for 62 years!

*The highest a horse has jumped is 2 meters and 47cms  !

*There is about 75 million horses in the world.
*Horses teeth can be used to estimate his/her age.
